Beacon Capital Partners

Born and raised in New Delhi, India, Zoya Puri is an architect, landscape architect, and real estate developer. Currently, she serves as the Vice President of Development for Beacon Capital Partners, leading ground-up developments, major repositions, and capital projects across Beacon’s Portfolio. Before joining Beacon, Zoya was a Senior Development Manager at Wynn Design & Development and managed new development opportunities for Wynn Resorts in both domestic and international markets.

Zoya is a strong advocate for the transformative power of public spaces, urban infill development, and the Oxford comma. She is also a Co-Chair of ULI New England’s Real Estate Technology Council. Zoya holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Sushant School of Art and Architecture, a Master of Landscape Architecture from the Rhode Island School of Design, and an M.S. in Real Estate Development from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
